Here it is less than 1 week to weigh-in and I am still struggling.I have lost a little but not good enough,but on the positive side I have a few extra days to lose because I thought wegh-in was this past Sat.I have found limiting calories and not eating enough protein is a bad thing,not only do you not lose as much but you do not feel to good either.Changing my eating habits a little to see if I can do better.Goodluck everyone and I will see you on Saturday.
