Weigh-in was good,down 9 lbs but the the rest of the weekend was spent eating all the bad stuff I need to stay away from.Going to ramp it up now that I have seen good results,tweeking the eating habits a little to get more protein.Definatley hitting Cabanas on tuesday.Want to go heavier on the weights and start going to bootcamp.Hope everyone is doing well.
