Really got off track after our first weigh-in so it is good to be back at it again.Reading the paper about the one that only went astray during the superbowl and that was to eat 2 cookies made me a little ashamed of the way I have been cheating.I really need to work harder over the weekends and then I will see a big difference.It is coming slow but sure and I am doing it in a way that I hope will last.The exercise is the hardest part do to health issues so it is important that I eat right.Hope to see a lot of faces tonight at Cabanas.
